I am an elderly English gentlemen looking for a professional person/couple to share a room in my home

No animals, no smoking, no children. I will require references and a months deposit.

The 70 Euros per week is payable monthly in advance (Euros 303.33 per month) and includes all bills (except any phone usage which will be extra) and you will have to buy your own food, unless you are a sociable type and fancy contributing to and joining me for home cooked meal,

Caravaca town is approx. 10km away (15 minutes by car).
